What we do?
LCYP strives to improve public sector teaching, learning and leadership. Possessing a strong track record of partnership working successfully. Our aim is to help education practitioners and others involved in education make informed decisions about the most effective and efficient approaches to their practice. Examples of how we achieve this are by:
- Working with schools, local authorities and education partners globally, to bring about systematic change
- Empowering people to learn through expert training, quality leadership and bespoke consultancy
- Providing pathways for all adults involved in educational environments, the opportunity to gain accreditation at undergraduate, postgraduate or masters level
- Promoting climates in which effective teaching, learning and leadership flourish
- Encouraging the sharing of best practice across regions, enhancing individualised guidance nationally and internationally
