Participant feedback
"Middle Leaders 2020 was a thoroughly enjoyable programme, different from any I have been on before. The deliverer really engaged well with the group and could relate to in-school experiences, having taught in a similar environment. With Middle Leaders 2020 I really felt the term sharing good-practice was actually put into effect, as there was a great atmosphere for sharing ideas without the usual trepidation of courses I have been on in the past, ten out of ten and would recommend this to anyone looking to develop their leadership skills and qualities as a middle leader".
