System Leaders 2020
System Leaders 2020 focuses on developing system wide leadership and is ideal for system leaders or anyone who has a leadership role, not just in schools, but right across children's services and the wider organisational workforce.
Those involved in Teaching School activity across systems, aspiring deputies, aspiring or new S.L.E.s and individuals who aspire to work across education or extended services in the next one or two years.
What's involved?
Five half day face-to-face sessions, based around blended learning that factor in individual tutorials, online self and peer diagnostics, self directed online learning based on your individual development needs, online networking, remote access to a facilitator or coach for additional support and an action research inquiry.
Duration
The programme lasts two terms with the next start date in January 2012.
Cost
The cost of this two term programme including all materials and refreshments is £750.00 However a grant could be obtained through the TDA, for the Department of Education's (National Scholarship Scheme) to subsidise part of this fee or cover the total cost of the programme.
